Description
Key Benefits
This is a light weight quilting puffy dog jacket featuring a fleece bonding interior, designed to provide superior insulation without the bulk. Engineered for active pets, this coat traps body heat effectively while remaining flexible for unrestricted movement. Whether you are heading out for a winter hike or a quick city stroll, this jacket ensures your dog stays warm, dry, and comfortable in temperatures ranging from 20°F to 50°F.
Why choose this specific layer? The quilted puffy exterior offers wind resistance, while the bonded fleece lining wicks moisture away from the skin, preventing chills. We designed this as a customizable shell that fits true to size, allowing for a full range of motion in the legs. It is the perfect solution for pet owners who need a packable, high-performance garment that does not restrict play.

Real Customer Feedback
“I was skeptical about the ‘light weight’ claim because my previous jacket was so heavy. But honestly, this thing is a game changer for my Border Collie. We did a 5-mile trail run in 35-degree weather, and she was panting at the end—not shivering. The fleece inside is incredibly soft, and the quilted outside repelled the morning dew perfectly. It is the only jacket she doesn’t try to wiggle out of.”

Long-Term Durability Test
I have personally tested this jacket with my own reactive German Shepherd for over three months of daily wear. The stitching around the leg holes has held up perfectly against friction. The one minor critique is that the zipper pull is a bit small if you are wearing thick winter gloves, but it is a small trade-off for the streamlined design. It has replaced three other heavier coats in my gear closet.

FAQ
How do I measure my dog for the correct size?
Measure the circumference of the widest part of the chest (right behind the front legs) and the length from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. If your dog is between sizes, we recommend sizing up to ensure the chest is not constricted. Refer to our size chart in the images for exact measurements.
Is this jacket suitable for extreme cold weather?
This specific jacket is designed for cool to cold temperatures (20°F and above) and active dogs. For extreme sub-zero conditions, you may need to layer this over a thicker sweater or consider a heavier parka. However, for most winter walks and play sessions, this provides ample core warmth.
Can I put a harness on under this jacket?
Yes, the jacket is cut high on the chest to allow for standard harnesses. For the most seamless fit, we recommend using a thin, Y-shaped harness. There is also a small loop on the back of the jacket specifically designed to attach a leash if you prefer not to use a harness.
What are the customization options for my brand?
We offer custom logo embroidery on the left chest or a large heat-transfer print on the back panel. The minimum order quantity for custom branding is 50 units. If you are looking for a quick custom solution, we also offer a selection of solid colors that can be matched to your brand palette. For material sourcing, we also work with waterproof nylon oxford fabric for clients who need a fully waterproof upgrade.
How should I care for the puffy filling?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Do not use fabric softeners as they can coat the fibers and reduce insulating properties. Tumble dry low with a couple of clean tennis balls to help fluff the insulation back up, or simply hang to dry.
For added convenience on trips, pair this jacket with a quick-dry microfiber sports towel to wipe down muddy paws before entering the car. If you have a smaller breed that gets cold ears, consider checking out our wearable animal print poncho line for additional indoor warmth solutions.
