Certifications & Compliance
Buyers rarely ask for certificates until their own customer asks them. Here is exactly what we hold, what it covers, and how to verify it — so you can answer that question in one email instead of three weeks.
What we hold
| Certificate | Applies to | What it proves | Typical buyer requirement |
|---|---|---|---|
| OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 | Textile families (3D mesh, oxford, knitted, swimwear, cotton, non-woven) | No harmful substances above限值 at the tested article class | EU/US apparel and home textile brands |
| FSC® Chain of Custody | Basswood and paulownia slats, finished wooden blinds | Wood originates from responsibly managed forests | EU retailers, DIY chains, project consultants |
| ISO 9001 | Whole factory | Documented quality management system | Corporate buyers, tender pre-qualification |
| REACH SVHC declaration | All products | Substances of very high concern below 0.1% threshold | Mandatory for EU import |
What we do not claim
We would rather lose a sale than overstate. We do not currently hold GRS (recycled content) certification — if you need recycled polyester with certification, we will tell you before you quote your customer, not after. We do not hold BSCI or Sedex social audits; if your buyer requires one, we can arrange an audit on a project basis and share the timeline honestly.
How to verify
- Ask us for the certificate number and issuing body — we send the PDF and the licence number together.
- Check the licence number on the issuing body’s public database (OEKO-TEX and FSC both publish searchable registers).
- For FSC, ask for the transaction certificate that accompanies your specific shipment — a factory certificate alone does not prove the wood in your container is certified.
Documents issued with each order
- Certificate copy relevant to the material in that order
- Test report: moisture content and coating adhesion for wood; weight, shrinkage and colour fastness for fabric
- Pre-shipment inspection report
- Packing list with carton dimensions and gross/net weight
Need a certificate for a tender? Tell us which document your customer requires and we will confirm whether we can provide it — including when we cannot.
