OEM & ODM Service

Two different things are usually mixed up under the word “custom”: making your specification (OEM), and choosing from ours (ODM). The process, cost and lead time are different — here is how each works.

The six steps

1. Brief — you send specification, target price, quantity and destination. We confirm feasibility in writing, including what we cannot do.
2. Quotation — unit price, MOQ, lead time, packing and Incoterm, in one document.
3. Sample — pre-production sample with the actual material and finish. Sample fee is credited against the bulk order.
4. Approval — you sign off the sample; it becomes the reference standard for inspection.
5. Bulk production — with in-process checks and a pre-shipment report (see QC process).
6. Shipment — documents, packing list and loading photos issued before departure.

Private label

We print your brand on the headrail label, the inner box and the master carton, and can insert your installation sheet. Minimum for private-label packing is normally one container; below that we use neutral packing with a sticker.
