How ordering works
- Send your spec — composition, weight, width, colour reference and monthly quantity.
- Swatch or lab dip — A4 swatches free, custom shades in 7-10 days.
- Approve and confirm — we issue a proforma invoice with the approved spec sheet attached.
- Bulk production — 12-25 days, with in-process inspection and a pre-shipment report.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order less than the stated MOQ for a first trial?
Yes for most families, with a small-batch surcharge. We would rather run a 100 m trial than lose a buyer who later scales to full containers.
Do you provide free samples?
A4 swatches from stock are free; courier cost is on your account and credited against your first bulk order. Custom lab dips are charged and also credited on order.
Can you match my existing fabric?
Send a physical sample or the Pantone TCX reference. We will tell you honestly whether the construction can be matched, and what the closest achievable spec is.
How do you handle quality claims?
Every shipment carries a pre-shipment inspection report. If goods arrive outside the approved spec, we replace or credit against a third-party inspection report — this is written into our proforma invoice.
